These Terms of Use govern your use of casachiquiz.com (the "Site"), operated by Casa Chiquiz Cocina & Bar in Moorpark, California. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational purposes about our restaurant, our hiring, and how to contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

2. Email signup

If you submit your email through our signup form, you confirm the email is yours and you consent to receive pre-opening updates from Casa Chiquiz Cocina & Bar at that address. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing [email protected].

3. Employment application

The "Apply / Now Hiring" button links to a hiring application hosted on Microsoft Forms. Submission of the application form is subject to that platform's terms and to any applicable employment authorization disclosures shown on the form itself.

4. Intellectual property

The Casa Chiquiz Cocina & Bar name, logo, trade dress, and Site content are owned by Casa Chiquiz Cocina & Bar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or copy the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site.
